According to Who Profits, Volvo AB's equipment has been used in the construction of illegal Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank and in demolitions of Palestinian homes. The company has supplied armored buses to illegal settlements and licensed at least three illegal settlement councils to operate Volvo garages. Volvo vehicles have also been used in constructing and maintaining settlement infrastructure, including Israeli-only roads and the Jerusalem Light Rail connecting illegal settlements in occupied East Jerusalem to western areas.
