Delek Group is the majority owner of Mehadrin Ltd, Israel's largest fruit grower and exporter, which operates in and sources from multiple illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank and Golan Heights. The group also owns Delek Israel Fuel Company Ltd, which has supplied fuel to the Israeli military, and holds a 53% stake in Israel's largest fossil gas field. In 2024, Mehadrin partnered with TeraLight, another company involved in Israel's illegal settlement enterprise.
