Partner Communications Co Ltd, one of Israel's largest cellular service providers, operates more than 208 antennas and telecommunications infrastructure facilities on occupied land in the West Bank and Golan Heights, with facilities erected on confiscated privately owned Palestinian land. The company provides services to illegal settlements and military bases in the occupied West Bank and pays royalties to Israeli settlements, including infrastructure that served as the foundation for settlement expansion in locations such as the Migron outpost.
